It should do yes. You just need to using the shortcode in the body text.

We’re frequently asked whether the plugin will work with Optimize Press. Yes, it works but you have to use the shortcode inside the body text. You can put the shortcode inside the Optimze Press shortcodes but Optimize Press doesn’t render shortcodes that are entered in the page options (i.e. not in the editor).
